A revolutionary new ski designed for beginner and intermediate skiers featuring Rossignol's AutoTurn camber technology. AutoTurn combines traditional and reverse camber making skiing more fun, easy and secure than conventional skis. The traditional camber underfoot delivers power, energy and edge grip under foot where you need it most. The reverse camber "rocker" at the tip and tail delivers easy turning, steering and more forgiveness. Not available until snow base adequately covers obstructions.

Autoturn

Autoturn technology = deep sidecuts and a Rocker at each end. This technology provides commanding grip underfoot, and control and balance at the tip and tail. On hard snow, on-trail, the central part of the ski really comes into its own, and the tip and tail seem almost to \"vanish\" owing to the Rocker. ALIAS is therefore an attacking, very maneuverable ski, but at the same time very tolerant and with a safe feel: it makes skiing easier. On softer snow, or when the skier increases speed, the tip and tail rest on the snow once more, providing stability and balance. Matching ski to skier, AUTOTURN technology gives improved stability and security while preserving the maneuverability and grip of shorter skis.
